Guarantees and Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble, money back guarantee on all our furniture.
This offer excludes certain hand made items and any ‘special orders’.
We wish for all our customers to be pleased with their purchase, if for any reason you are unhappy with your furniture and return it on the delivery van it arrived on, we will refund the total cost of your furniture.
If you accept furniture on delivery day but wish to cancel within 7 working days, we will arrange a collection. A refund will be issued once it is received by us. A recollection carriage charge will apply to any non- faulty goods collected. Returns should be ready for collection in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that collected goods are not in a fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
As a sign of our confidence in the quality of our products we offer a one year guarantee on defective materials and workmanship of all our furniture, and a 5 year frame guarantee on the sofas. (this applies to sofa frames and spring units it does not cover cushion fillings). This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you need to amend your order, please be aware this may result in a delay or price change.
Delivery
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, usually within 2-4 weeks (currently out of stock items have a 6 week lead time, delivery will take place as soon as possible after they are in stock). We charge £49.00+ VAT for a nationwide delivery (this excludes parts of Scotland, the Scottish highlands, the Channel Islands and Ireland – prices for carriage to these areas can be obtained from the office). Our carriers usually deliver on Saturdays so you do not have to take time off work. We will give you a 2-3 hour time slot when the delivery will be with you, if for any reason the driver is delayed, he/she will contact you (mobile numbers of drivers may be available on request). The driver will deliver the goods into the room of your choice. If you require assembly of the furniture you have ordred there is a minimal charge, please ask when ordering.
PLEASE LET US KNOW ABOUT ANY ACCESS PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE WHETHER IT BE DOOR WIDTH OR VEHICLE ACCESS.
If you accept a delivery date which you subsequently fail to meet, a £75 charge will apply.
Some items may be delivered with a courier, this will be a week day but arrangements will be made beforehand.
Dimensions
All dimensions on the website are rounded up to the nearest cm and are approximate.
Payment
We ask for 50% of the payment with your order. This is non-refundable on hand-made or special ordered items.
The balance is due at the time of delivery, either cash, card, bankers draft or direct transfer, we no longer accept cheques on delivery.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Prices are subject to change (except where a contract has been agreed and paid for).
Prices are subject to VAT at the current rates.
Payment security is of the utmost importance to us. We use a secure transaction system. This system utilises a high level of encryption when handling sensitive data from your credit card/ debit card.
Privacy Policy
We believe your right to privacy is very important so we will never send your details to a third party. We will not send you updates to our product line, you are invited to come back and see what's new on our site!
